We are SPHERA, a boutique winery with exquisite white wines from the Judean hills of Israel.

Every element of the winery is in harmony with our white concept, which carefully balances nature, innovative technology and a delicate, artistic touch.

We decided to focus exclusively on white wines.

We chose the beautiful Judean hills as the place to plant our vineyards, build a winery and call it home.

As if through a magnifying glass, our focus is on white to magnify the fine details and recognize the smallest subtleties.

Precision is the key to producing fine white wines. Our work is natural and transparent, every little nuance has an effect.

The production of white wines is all about balance.

We follow a detailed working methodology, but at the same time pay close attention to our vineyard, keeping our senses alert and deciding when we need to take a step back to let nature take the lead.

We believe in a clear and minimalist approach that brings out the true essence of the fruit while ensuring wines with rich and complex flavors.

We continue to search and evolve, using innovative technologies and unique cultivation techniques. Yet our feet remain on the ground and our pace is measured to maintain uncompromising excellence in our work.

Winemaker and co-owner Doron Rav Hon studied viticulture in Burgundy, France, completed his training at Domaine Jacques Prieur and specialized in sparkling wines in Champagne. Precision and minimal intervention define his creative philosophy.

Sima Rav Hon manages the entire operation of the winery and focuses on building the unique identity of our brand,she explains: "It's not just about wine. It's a flair that surrounds everything we do."

SPHERA is a family project and many of our partners have become our friends. The people in our community also make a significant contribution to our efforts, as do the magnificent views of the Judean hills that echo in our wines and in our hearts
